Thirdly, the cost of setting up an organic hydroponic system can be steep compared to traditional gardening methods or even conventional hydroponics due to the need for specialized equipment such as air pumps and filtration systems.
Lastly, there’s the question of taste. While proponents argue that organically grown produce tastes better than conventionally grown foods because they’re free from pesticides and other chemicals used in modern agriculture practices; others believe that food grown without soil lacks flavor since it lacks those same natural microbes found in soil.
